Online doctor pricing & delivery fees

Teleconsults start from $15 and most patients connect within 0–10 minutes. We prioritise safe, doctor-led care—no backdated MCs, transparent pricing, and medication delivery islandwide. Digital Health Clinic operates under MOH licence R/23M1175/MDS/001/232. Consults are performed by SMC-registered doctors using secure video.

Teleconsult fee

$15 nett

Every online doctor visit includes the doctor's assessment, a clinical summary, and DigiMC issued via mc.gov.sg when appropriate.

  • Medical Certificate: Digital MC from mc.gov.sg (issued based on doctor's professional assessment)
  • Memo fee: $10 for a basic memo / referral letter (if requested)

When video consults are not suitable

  • Shortness of breath
  • Severe or persistent abdominal pain
  • Blood in urine
  • Black stools / melaena
  • Bleeding in vomit, cough, or wounds
  • Numbness or weakness in limbs or face
  • Pregnancy-related complications
  • Visual disturbances
  • High fever lasting over 3 days

Patients under 16 years old must have a parent or guardian present or provide consent before the teleconsultation.
