Teleconsult in three simple steps

Step 1: Self-registration

First-time patients register online so our doctors can review your medical history. Existing patients can jump straight into today’s queue with their ID number.

Step 2: WhatsApp concierge

Drop us a WhatsApp message once you have registered. Our care team keeps you updated and connects you to the next available doctor. Average wait time: 0–15 minutes.

Step 3: Payment & follow-up

Pay securely via PayNow or credit card after your consult. Digital medical certificates and receipts are emailed immediately. Medication delivery can be arranged when appropriate.

Before you join the queue

  • Video consults run on weekdays 9am – 3pm (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Bring your NRIC or official ID to verify identity before the doctor begins.
  • For urgent or emergency symptoms (e.g. chest pain, severe breathlessness, heavy bleeding), head to A&E immediately.

When teleconsult is appropriate

Good fit for video consults

  • Acute respiratory symptoms (cough, sore throat, mild flu)
  • Gastroenteritis without severe dehydration
  • Skin flare-ups such as eczema, hives, or mild acne
  • Migraine or headache without neurological warning signs
  • Gout, urinary tract infections, or medication refills for stable chronic illness
  • Travel advice, contraception counselling, or repeat prescriptions when clinically appropriate

Go in-person or to A&E

  • Chest pain, breathlessness, or stroke-like symptoms
  • High fever lasting more than 72 hours or accompanied by a rash
  • Severe abdominal pain, uncontrolled vomiting, or suspected appendicitis
  • Trauma, open wounds, fractures, or deep burns
  • Pregnancy-related emergencies or young infants under two months old
  • Any situation where the doctor cannot safely complete an assessment via video

Doctors will pause the call and direct you to in-person care whenever video assessment is unsafe.

Pricing & delivery

Teleconsult fee

$15 per consult (inclusive of GST). Covers the doctor consultation, clinical summary, and any DigiMC or referral issued.

Medication & delivery

Medication is billed per prescription. Courier delivery starts from $8 (same-day) or $13 (express, subject to availability).

Payment methods

Pay securely via credit/debit card, PayNow, or approved corporate billing. Receipts and MCs are emailed immediately.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to download an app?

No. You can access the teleconsult queue directly on any modern browser. Optional iOS apps are available if you prefer push notifications.

Will I always receive a medical certificate?

MCs are issued only when the doctor finds you clinically unfit for work or school. They are generated through DigiMC with QR-verifiable details.

How are medications delivered?

After payment you may choose courier delivery (typically within three hours) or clinic pickup. Delivery partners require a verification code to release medication.

Can my employer verify the consult?

Yes. Employers can scan the DigiMC QR code or email hello@digitalhealth.sg with the MC serial number for confirmation.
